Information There are four properties which make up the Training Centre Residence. The primary property is a ‘big Tudor house’ which sits on the junction of Ashford Road and Willington Street in Bearsted, Maidstone. Most of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The Training Centre Residence houses both the full-time students and staff as well as students attending one of our non-residential courses (dependent on availability). The property has a large open lawn area with a purpose-built chill-out room, an on-site recording studio, and other communal areas.
